Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to LWT TOOL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (a subsidiary of “DIGIUNIVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED”) through the Look Who’s Talking platform, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery of our services. We provide digital services only; no physical goods are sold or shipped. Subscription plans, platform credits, and wallet top-ups are treated as delivered once they are activated on your account at the Platform, which occurs on successful confirmation of your payment. Campaign services are treated as delivered as the agreed campaign deliverables are completed through the Platform.
2. Refunds will be provided only in cases where services were not delivered as per agreed terms, due to platform error, technical issues, or proven failure by the other party.
3. All refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the payment date and must include the transaction ID, campaign name, and reason for refund. Requests may be raised by writing to contact@lookwhostalking.co.in.
4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. UPI refunds are subject to NPCI timelines.
5. LWT TOOL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases where: The campaign has already been executed, Influencer content has gone live, or Terms of campaign were fulfilled.
6. Any transaction fee deducted by Razorpay or the issuing bank will not be refunded unless explicitly stated.
7. Cancellation of campaigns is governed separately by our Cancellation Policy.
