Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to campaigns and orders placed with LWT TOOL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (a subsidiary of “DIGIUNIVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED”) through the Look Who’s Talking platform, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaigns can only be cancelled by the brand before influencer confirmation and content creation. Once an influencer accepts an offer or begins work, cancellation is not allowed.
2. In case of influencer-initiated cancellation after accepting a brief, LWT TOOL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED may: Reassign the campaign to a different influencer, or Issue a refund at its sole discretion.
3. If a campaign is cancelled by the brand after acceptance but before execution, a 30% cancellation fee may apply.
4. LWT TOOL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. influencer illness, force majeure) but will provide best-effort support to resolve or refund proportionally.
5. Cancellation requests must be raised from your registered account, or by writing to contact@lookwhostalking.co.in with the campaign name and transaction ID.
6. Where a cancellation results in an approved refund, the refund is processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
